  • Identification & Access (Mandatory) Full name, mobile number, and email address are required to generate quotes and schedule visits. This ensures our cleaning teams can verify addresses and communicate arrival times reliably.
  • Property Logistics (Service Context) Specific address (Esteban Street, Salcedo Village, etc.), unit details, and gate codes. We retain this solely to optimize route planning for our teams and ensure on-time arrival.
  • Digital Footprint (Performance) Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used exclusively for security auditing and ensuring our website remains available for all clients.

Usage & Purpose

Trust is not just about what we collect, but how we use it. Every byte of data serves a specific, operational purpose. We use your contact details strictly to coordinate cleaning appointments, send service confirmations, and provide post-service support.

We will never sell your data to third parties. We do not use your phone number for cold-calling campaigns, nor do we share your email with marketing agencies. The data stays within the PristineMaid operational ecosystem to ensure seamless service delivery.
